In accordance with local guidelines for the COVID-19 public health crisis, Jenkins Family Solution Center will resume in-person services as of March 1, 2021 on a limited basis and with only select participating therapist. If the pandemic or other concerns resurface, we may return to telehealth-only services out of an abundance of caution for everyone’s safety.
If at any time you decide you’d prefer telehealth services, your therapist will do their best to accommodate you. Please keep in mind that reimbursement for telehealth services is subject to change depending on applicable laws and insurance regulations. By resuming in-person services, you assume sole risk of exposure to the coronavirus and any other public health risks. We also ask that you please adhere to the following precautions to help keep everyone safe.
Jenkins Family Solution Center will continue to follow best practices to reduce the risk of spreading the coronavirus. If anyone in the office tests positive for the virus, we will notify you.
Please understand that we may be required to notify local health authorities if you’ve tested positive for COVID-19. If so, we will only provide information that’s only absolutely necessary for their purposes. Jenkins Family Solution Center will continue to monitor the situation closely and will communicate with you if circumstances change due to new local, state, or federal orders and guidelines.

Dear Jenkins Family Solution Center Clients,
We know that there’s widespread concern in our community about the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), and we want you to know that your health is our top priority at JFSC.
With the increasing uncertainty and growing number of infected individuals around the world, we encourage you to take responsibility for yourself and your family. Though the risk remains low, it’s important to take a proactive approach to minimize exposure.
If you’ve recently been in any airport, please wait 14 days before coming in for an appointment.
If you or someone close to you has recently traveled to or from Iran, South Korea, China, or Italy, we insist you postpone booking an appointment until further notice. If this applies to you, please inform me via email, and I’ll put you on a dedicated wait-list for an appointment or set up a video/phone session.
If you’re exhibiting symptoms of respiratory illness, I urge you to stay home, take care of yourself, and seek medical help when appropriate.
Alternatively, you can schedule a video session instead of an in-office appointment. This’ll allow us to continue our sessions through a secure video link. If this is an option for you, please let us know, and we’ll make the necessary arrangements.

We are here to support you and will always be flexible wherever possible. If you are not concerned, we need not take time in your schedule session to process the situation. Likewise, if you are experience increasing concern, we can spend time focusing on strategies to support you. We would like to reassure you that whatever your reaction, you will have space to express in our appointments together if you would like to.
