Individual therapy is a one-on-one discussion between the counselor and the client, the person seeking treatment.
Marriage/Couples therapy will help both parties recognize and resolve conflicts and improve their relationship.
Group therapy is a form of therapy that focuses on individuals with similar mental health concerns to address their issues in a supportive and collaborative environment.
We all have places in our life where we are blocked. Working together, we will identify those blocks and find ways for you to overcome them.
Life is full of opportunities, and it is my job to help you figure out which opportunities to take advantage of in order to live the life you want.
When you choose to live a dream, you need a plan to make it come true. Once you have a plan, a Therapist or Life Coach will help you stick to it and get around any obstacles.
