Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy where a small group of individuals led by Dr. Jenkins meet regularly to discuss their shared concerns and struggles. It is designed to provide a safe and supportive space where group members can share their experiences, thoughts, and feelings with others who are going through similar challenges.
Group therapy can be effective for a wide range of mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, and relationship problems. It offers several benefits, including increased social support, improved interpersonal skills, and a sense of belonging and connection. Group therapy also help individuals learn from others' experiences, gain perspective, and receive feedback and encouragement from group members and Dr. Jenkins.
All clients are required to complete a 15-minute consultation session prior to gaining access to group.
