Yes, all of our providers in our practice are trained and experienced in providing therapy services online through secure, free software that works on most devices.

We are a self pay private practice. We do not accept insurance due to confidentiality concerns. However, we are happy to provide the information necessary for you to submit for out of network reimbursement upon request. If you are interested in knowing what your insurance provider will reimburse, you can contact the 'Behavioral Health' phone number on the back of your insurance card and inquire about the amount they reimburse for 'out of network psychotherapy.'

All of our forms are accessible via our secure online client portal. Upon completion of your consultation session your therapist will grant you access to the client portal where you will find all required documents for completion awaiting your review. Ask your therapist if you need to submit any additional forms and they will be provided to you via the portal. 

You can schedule an appointment by calling, e-mailing, or via our online appointment scheduler. As a reminder only consultations and initial intake sessions can be booked online. All other scheduling must be done through your therapist directly or our office scheduler.

All therapy clients are required to request cancellation or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If client fails to make request within 48 hours of scheduled session time the full cost of session will be charged.
